В этом фильме, как и в жизни, юстиция работает не ради справедливости и порядка, а для репрессий против неугодных для власти людей.
Гарри Поттер и его компания нередко безнаказанно нарушали закон запрещающий колдовать вне школы. А вот когда властям нужно было надавить на оппозицию, которую олицетворял Гарри Поттер следствие старалось строго следовать букве закона. Всё как в жизни.
